Typical Loan Terms​

• Loan Amount: R250K – R15M
• Initiation Fee: 1% +VAT
• Fee: We charge a monthly fee which is equivalent to around prime +1.5%
• Security Required: Asset pledge or any other form of acceptable security
• Loan Terms: Matched to funding uses but limited to 5 years
  Fixed property loans limited to 10 years

Minimum Funding Criteria

• 51% or more black-owned companies
• EME / QSE’s (less than R50m annual turnover)
• With a turnover of R1m or more
• At least a 3 or more year track record
• Borrowing for your existing business only

What we don’t fund​

• Cash in – cash out transactions
• Investments in liquor and tobacco related industries
• Illicit markets
• Start ups and companies with less than 3 years operational track record
